Clinical Pilates
Osteopath-Led Clinical Pilates is a highly personalised approach to movement that bridges the gap between rehabilitation and exercise.
Unlike a traditional Pilates class where everyone follows the same routine or repeats the same program, no two sessions are the same. Each semi-private session is guided by what your body needs on the day, with exercises continually adapted to provide the right amount of challenge for your goals — helping you to build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain and move with greater confidence, while keeping exercise safe, specific and effective.
With a maximum of three people per session, you'll receive individual attention that's simply not possible in a larger class. I'll provide ongoing guidance, refine your technique and provide hands-on adjustments throughout the session — whether that's assisting you into a deeper stretch, helping you find better muscle activation and connection, improving your alignment, or making subtle changes to help movements feel easier and more effective.
Whether you're an aspiring athlete, recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis or osteopenia, looking to improve your balance, or simply wanting to stay active and capable as you age, these sessions are designed to support you at every stage of life.
